The Assembly House marks Burns Night with a three-hour supper club in its Music Room, celebrating Scotland with pipes, poetry and whisky. Guests sit at communal tables and share a Scottish-inspired menu including Finnan Haddie toasts, haggis with whisky gravy, overnight Aberdeen Angus beef, neeps and tatties, and whisky marmalade pudding with ginger custard. The evening features the return of the house's piper Susan, a toast to the haggis, and finishes with coffee and shortbread.
