A truffle-themed dinner with Italian wines at the Royal Over-Seas League, presented with A. Romani Truffles and Jeroboams.
This evening dinner and wine tasting celebrates Italian truffles with a specially curated menu, moving from autumn black truffles to white truffles at peak season, sourced from Marche, Abruzzo and Umbria. The centrepiece is fillet of beef Rossini with truffle-butter pommes purée, glazed baby carrots, a faux truffle filled with celeriac purée and black truffle jus, accompanied by Ferrione Barbera d'Alba and Chianti Classico Riserva. Wines are selected by Jeroboams, with truffles supplied by A. Romani Truffles, founded in 2004.
