London Smoke & Cure hosts a guided tasting journey through Italy, exploring six lesser-known wines from north to south, from sparkling and orange wines to expressive whites and characterful reds. Mel Ellison and Claire Cocks, who met working at Decanter Magazine, share insight into each region, grape variety and winemaking style. Each wine is paired with the smokery's own smoked salmon and charcuterie, chosen to show how acidity, texture and seasoning transform the tasting experience.
