About

A Halloween Boo Crew trail sets eight animal-themed challenges and a final mystery-word puzzle around the zoo, alongside Halloween animal talks and feeds.

The Boo Crew trail explores unusual animal facts, from stink fights and creepy creatures to poo and superpowers; completing it earns a sticker. Talks feature snakes, frogs and spiders, orangutan folklore, ghostly lemurs and nocturnal animals. The programme runs 17 October to 1 November 2026 and is included with zoo admission. A £3 Trick or Treat tote is optional; a previous-year tote can be reused, and no tote is needed to take part in the trail. Room on the Broom is a separate maze within the half-term programme, running 3 October to 1 November and requiring a £5 tote per participating child. Existing zoo admission passes allow return visits; new admission tickets are advertised from £21.55, with rates varying by ticket type and date.
