Nosferatu with Live Score (1922)

A screening of the 1922 silent horror film Nosferatu with a new live score performed by composer Chris Green.

F.W. Murnau's 1922 silent film Nosferatu, the first cinematic adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, is screened with a brand-new live score by Chris Green. The score, originally commissioned by English Heritage for a screening at Whitby Abbey, blends electronic and acoustic instruments and is performed live by the composer. The event runs 1 hour 55 minutes including an interval and forms part of the Beyond The Frame programme for the Aesthetica Film Festival.
