Women’s Recovery & Healing Group

A safe, confidential, and trauma-informed weekly group for women seeking recovery and support regarding addiction, trauma, and adverse childhood experiences.

This women-only recovery group provides a safe and supportive space for women affected by alcohol or drug addiction, trauma, sexual violence, or adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). The group offers a confidential, trauma-informed environment where participants can connect with like-minded women. The program includes optional weekly worksheets and provides a private room for one-to-one chats if the group setting feels overwhelming.
