A free, midwife-facilitated support group offering women a safe space to share and process difficult birth experiences.

A free, facilitated support group for women struggling after a difficult birth, offering a safe and non-judgemental space to share experiences and process emotions. Sessions are led by Tess, an experienced midwife with over 25 years of experience, and there is no pressure to share. The group is funded by the National Lottery and lasts around two hours.
