Beyond the Brotherhood: The Legacies of the Pre-Raphaelites

An exhibition traces Pre-Raphaelite legacies through the Williamson collection and the influence of Merseyside artists and makers.

Works explore the Brotherhood’s use of colour, close observation and symbolism. The display also examines local influences, including Birkenhead’s Della Robbia Pottery Company and Liverpool landscape painters.
