Repair Cafe Yr Orsaf

A free volunteer-run repair cafe where people bring broken items to be fixed while enjoying tea and coffee with neighbours.

Volunteer repairers attempt to fix broken or damaged items brought along by visitors, free of charge, while people wait over a cup of tea or coffee. Typical repairs include basic bicycle maintenance, electrical appliance repair, computing assistance, sewing, ornament repair and woodworking, though most items are considered except microwaves, which are deemed too dangerous. Visitors can also learn how repairs are done, and more volunteer fixers are welcome to come along.
