Family After School Adventures

A drop-in after-school session where families explore Creekside outdoors with guided nature activities such as bug hunting, den building and pond dipping.

Families with children of all ages can drop in between 3.15pm and 5.15pm to explore Creekside and enjoy time in nature after school. Each session includes a guided activity led by the centre's team, with examples including bug hunting, den building, fire making, bread baking, pond dipping, nature-based games and arts and crafts. Visitors can also explore the site at their own pace, arriving and leaving at any time during the session. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, with a maximum ratio of one adult to three children.
