About

An eight-session pottery course focused on wheel throwing, from centring and shaping to trimming, decoration and glazing.

All sessions focus on the wheel, with practice in centring, throwing cylinders, cups and bowls, pulling handles, trimming and surface decoration. Tuition, clay, studio glazes and equipment are included; firing costs extra. The listing explicitly excludes 3 November and asks students to attend as many scheduled sessions as possible. Taught by Jonathan Ashworth in the Leyton Classroom.
