About
Build an early foundation in Yang tai chi, practising gentle movement, breathing and concentration with guidance. Led by Yanyan Yang. Age range: 18+. Level: Beginners/Improvers. This course is suitable for adults aged 18+. The room is wheelchair accessible. A personal assistant or companion must book a complimentary ticket if attending to provide support. What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and flat shoes.
