About

Develop existing Yang tai chi skills through movement practice, relaxation and attention to the relationship between breath and posture. Led by Yanyan Yang. Age range: 18+. Level: Improvers. This course is suitable for adults aged 18+. The room is wheelchair accessible. A personal assistant or companion must book a complimentary ticket if attending to provide support. What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and flat shoes.
