Children meet Father Christmas and his elf in the Panelled Bedroom, share Christmas wishes and receive a book.

Each child’s 30-minute booked slot includes 10 dedicated minutes with Father Christmas and a book. Sessions take place in the decorated Panelled Bedroom; arrive outside the room no more than five minutes before the assigned time. Each child needs a ticket and an accompanying adult; booking is essential. A child ticket costs £11.50. Standard admission is extra for non-members; babies under 18 months who do not need a gift may attend free with the family.
