The Love & Afrobeats Orchestra

The UK's premier immersive Afrobeats live orchestra brings vocalists, strings, horns and percussion to Soul Mama for its debut show.

The Love & Afrobeats Orchestra, a collective of musicians and vocalists from Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa, performs Afrobeats and Amapiano hits with strings, horns and percussion, blending Yoruba, Shona and Lingala cultural roots. Curated by founder Mahlon Rhamie, members have performed with artists including Wizkid, Burna Boy, Tems, Asake and Omah Lay. The show features a vocal trio and instrumental solos woven through classic and contemporary Afrobeats favourites. This is the collective's debut at Soul Mama, following sold-out shows at The Jazz Cafe, XOYO, Lafayette and Wembley BOXPARK.
