About

A family half-term week of space and flight activities at RAF Museum Midlands, including Lego building, moon rock handling, planetarium shows and spooky storytelling.

Jet and Space Week offers out-of-this-world family adventures across the October half term. Children can build and race Lego balloon jets in free drop-in sessions, handle a real piece of Apollo moon rock and meteorites in the Borrow the Moon sessions, and enjoy the return of the planetarium with shows at set times. The week ends with immersive Spooky Storytelling aboard the decorated VC10 aircraft, with sessions tailored to different age groups. Adults must stay with children throughout, and some activities require pre-booking.
