The Rescue

Piano-led singer-songwriter band The Rescue showcase songs from their debut album at The Horton.

The Rescue are a UK-based, piano-led singer-songwriter band whose songs move between intimate piano moments and full-band arrangements, exploring life, relationships, hope, regret and the passing of time. Formed after Ben Tompsett rediscovered a 25-year-old recording and reunited with former Kingston University bandmates Mike Pratt and Richard Stillman, plus his sister Amy Cassidy and son Charlie Tompsett, the band releases its self-titled debut album on 8 January 2027. This performance marks the album's release, bringing the new songs to the stage for the first time.
