The Epsom Hospital Cluster Heritage Exhibition

A free permanent exhibition at The Horton exploring the history of Epsom's five psychiatric hospitals and the people who lived and worked there.

The Horton hosts the first permanent exhibition dedicated to Epsom's cluster of five psychiatric hospitals and the people who lived and worked there. Displays cover ground-breaking music therapy, Horton's world-renowned malaria laboratory, daily life and sport, and the site's role as a war hospital during both world wars. The exhibition also features oral histories recorded in 2017 through the Keeping Us In Mind project. It is free to view and open Tuesdays to Saturdays.
