An Evening with John Torode and Lisa Faulkner

Chef John Torode and cookery writer Lisa Faulkner appear at Waterstones York to talk about their new cookbook, which offers simple, flavour-packed weeknight recipes using everyday supermarket ingredients and straightforward techniques. Doors open at 6.30pm with the talk beginning at 7pm, and a book signing takes place afterwards. The book includes chapters on Crowd Pleasers, One-Pan Dishes, Quick Fixes, Friday Night In, Late Night Bites and Something Sweet.
