Alissa Timoshkina presents her cookbook Lozhka, a celebration of Eastern European comfort food spanning soups, stews, dumplings and sweet dishes, from Ukrainian Borsch to Polish Kopytka. The evening includes a cookery demonstration and tasters, with Timoshkina discussing the food culture, migration and memory behind the recipes. Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
