GBBO star Freya Cox visits the York bookshop to talk about her new plant-based baking book Bake My Day, with tasters.
Freya Cox appears at Topping & Company Booksellers in York to celebrate the publication of Bake My Day, her collection of plant-based bakes for occasions ranging from first dates to festive traditions. The evening includes tasters and a talk in the bookshop, with doors opening at 6.30pm ahead of a 7pm start. Cox, who appeared on The Great British Bake Off in 2021 as its first plant-based baker, is an award-winning recipe author, BBC radio presenter and founder of the postal bake business Freyas.
