Art Wellness Workshop with Alan Beckett

A relaxed art wellness workshop with artist Alan Beckett combining guided creative exercises and mindful making, with all materials included.

Artist Alan Beckett leads a morning workshop designed to encourage creative exploration in a calm, welcoming environment. Participants take part in guided creative exercises and mindful making, experimenting with different materials and focusing on the process rather than the outcome. No artistic experience is required, all materials are provided, and Alan offers guidance throughout the two-and-a-half-hour session.
