A 45-minute trial Reformer Pilates session at the new LINEA studio in Lumphinnans Sports Hub, with sessions running hourly from 8am.

Fife Sports and Leisure Trust offers trial Reformer Pilates sessions at its new LINEA studio within Lumphinnans Sports Hub. Each 45-minute class introduces the Reformer, a machine using a moving carriage and adjustable resistance for low-impact, full-body exercise aimed at building strength, flexibility, posture, balance and core stability. Sessions are held in a small-group setting on Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers and can be adapted for a wide range of abilities. The £12 price includes the session, booking fee and a pair of grip socks to keep.
