Reformer Pilates @LINEA, Fife

Trial Reformer Pilates sessions at Fife Sports and Leisure Trust's new LINEA studio in Lumphinnans, with several class times on one day.

Fife Sports and Leisure Trust is running trial Reformer Pilates classes at its new LINEA studio inside Lumphinnans Sports Hub, near Cowdenbeath. Each 45-minute session introduces the Reformer, a machine using a moving carriage and adjustable resistance for a low-impact, full-body workout aimed at building strength, flexibility, posture and core stability. Classes are small-group and instructor-led, adaptable to a range of abilities, and the £12 trial price includes a pair of grip socks to keep. The studio uses Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers, and changing rooms and disability access are available.
