Ingredients and printed recipes are supplied at equipped cooking stations, with chefs guiding participants. The session ends with a shared meal, drinks, dessert and a Christmas cracker. A copy of the cookbook is available as an additional purchase. Please bring containers for leftovers; food cooked elsewhere cannot be brought in.
