About
Pastry chef Olayemi Ameen leads a practical workshop combining French pastry techniques with Nigerian flavours through uda cream, tarts and doughnuts.
Work in pairs to make uda-infused Diplomat cream, filled tarts and doughnuts, following demonstrations by Olayemi Ameen, also known as Chef Yemss. Ingredients, equipment and aprons are provided, with a digital recipe pack after the class and a piece from the Titó macaron or bonbon collection to take home. The class is for adults; 16–17-year-olds may join with a participating adult aged 21 or over. Shared-kitchen allergens include gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.
