Adult contemporary technique moving from Limon-based fundamentals into combinations and choreography.

Contemporary technique progresses from Limon-based swing, fall and recovery through ballet placement and yoga-inspired strengthening. Combinations build into a longer choreographic sequence, with attention to musicality, dynamics and movement through space. Current listings name Stephen Pelton, with Emily Powell covering 26 October. Teachers or covers for later dates have not been individually announced.
