Time2Drum - Drumming into the Stillness

An evening of shamanic drumming, meditation and guided journeying exploring stillness and inner wisdom as winter approaches.

Time2Be hosts a two-hour evening of shamanic drumming, grounding meditation and guided journeying at the Carlton Clinic Wellness Hub in Crawley. The session explores the theme of stillness in the Wheel of the Year as autumn turns to winter, with collective drumming, intention setting, personal reflection, sharing and tea and cake. No experience is needed; attendees aged 18 and over are welcome to bring their own drum or borrow one of nine spare drums, and drums can be purchased on the night.
