About

A family grotto experience with elves, reindeer-food making, letter sorting, a kitchen activity and a meeting with Father Christmas and a gift.

The published experience runs during timed-entry windows from 10:00 to 16:00 on 5 and 6 December; the individual entry times are not shown in the captured event page. Visitors are asked to arrive five minutes before their chosen slot, and the page suggests allowing 20–40 minutes for the visit. Each child receiving a gift needs a ticket, each booking must include at least one paying child, and accompanying adults are free. Activities take place around the house, Father Christmas is upstairs, and the building has steep stairs and uneven floors.
