Metalworking Now (2026-27)

A free V&A display in Gallery 66 of recent acquisitions from the museum's contemporary metalwork collection, running until March 2027.

This display presents recent acquisition highlights from the V&A's contemporary metalwork collection, shown in Gallery 66. It features a selection of work by metalsmiths from across the world, all collected by the museum since 2010, demonstrating how today's metalsmiths continue a long tradition of experimentation across a range of metals. The exhibition runs from 14 August 2026 to 11 March 2027.
