About
An annual memorial service of hymns, readings and prayers remembering those who have died in the past year, with candle-lighting and refreshments afterwards.
This annual service at Holy Ascension Church is a short act of worship with hymns, readings and prayers, remembering by name all those known to the church who have died during the preceding twelve months. Relatives are invited to light a candle in memory of their loved ones. After the service, attendees are welcome to stay for refreshments and share memories together.
