JAGUAR - Stepping into Power

A six-hour shamanic workshop in Leeds where Jaguar guides participants through shadow work, fear transformation and somatic practices to reclaim inner strength.

This one-day workshop, part of the four-part Shamanic Wheel series, uses the Jaguar archetype to explore shadow healing, fear transformation and personal sovereignty. Participants take part in somatic practices, breath and sound work, a ceremonial process of release and renewal, and an integration and sharing circle. Open to all adults aged 16+ with no experience needed; attendees bring a packed lunch, notebook and any meaningful items for the altar. The session is guided by Becky, an art psychotherapist and shamanic energy practitioner, and Kerry, an intuitive coach and energy practitioner.
