About
GoodGym volunteers help Shared Roots Community Garden in Roehampton plant fruit trees and build frames for them.
GoodGym Wandsworth is organising a volunteer task at the Shared Roots Community Garden, which grows fresh food with local residents on one of the UK's largest council estates. Participants will plant fruit trees and create supporting frames, contributing to an accessible growing area that increases food production and community stewardship. No special skills or equipment are needed, and gloves are helpful but optional; the session also offers a physical workout. Places are limited, with eight remaining, and sign-up is required through GoodGym.
