Gardening group

Volunteer gardeners tend bulbs, flowers, fruit bushes and the herb bed in Windmill Gardens; tools and refreshments are provided.

A volunteer group meets monthly to care for the park’s planting. The official page says tools, gloves, water, light refreshments, hand sanitiser and washing facilities are provided, and welcomes new volunteers. People not already signed up may apply or turn up on the day.
