The John Barbirolli Memorial Prize for Cello

A RNCM competition evening showcasing solo cello performances as students compete for the John Barbirolli Memorial Prize.

The John Barbirolli Memorial Prize is a cello competition at the Royal Northern College of Music, with an evening of solo cello performances from competing musicians. Past winners of the prize include Abel Selaocoe, Waynne Kwon and Mikhail Nemtsov. The event includes an interval and is expected to finish at approximately 9.30pm.
