Christmas Fused Glass 'Robins and Tea Light Holders' with Michelle of Lakeshore Arts
About
A fused glass workshop where Michelle of Lakeshore Arts guides participants in making festive robin decorations and tea light holders.
Michelle of Lakeshore Arts leads a hands-on fused glass workshop suitable for all abilities, with all specialist glass prepared in advance. Participants learn cutting and trimming, fusing, stacking, tack fusing and slumping, plus the use of frits, stringers, glassline pens and sheet glass, and the importance of COE in glass fusing. Each person can make a hanging robin, a tea light holder (which can be slumped into a shallow bowl), or one of each. Finished pieces are fired at Michelle's studio and returned to Greystoke for collection a few weeks later, or can be posted for approximately £5.50.
