Clay Christmas Tealights

A family clay workshop at Somerset Brick and Tile Museum making angel or Christmas tree tea light holders for the festive season.

This hands-on workshop at the Somerset Brick and Tile Museum celebrates traditional Christmas tree toppers. Participants use a template to cut an angel or Christmas tree shape from clay and small cutters to make holes for the tea light to shine through, plus make paper hanging decorations. The clay is fired afterwards and can be collected at least three weeks later. Suitable for ages 3 and up with parental guidance, and attendees are encouraged to wear festive outfits.
