Guided Gua Sha & Sound Healing | Kirkham, Preston

A small-group morning workshop combining a guided Gua Sha facial with a crystal sound healing journey at a boutique studio in Kirkham.

Hosted by Georgia of Osher.wellness, this two-hour session begins with a guided group Gua Sha facial using participants' own tools and nourishing organic facial oils, with techniques aimed at supporting collagen and skin radiance; the Gua Sha tool and gift bag are taken home. After a refreshment break with home-baked goodies, guests lie on floor mattresses with blankets, pillows and eye masks for a restorative alchemy crystal sound journey intended to ease stress and promote deep relaxation. The session is limited to eight people and is not suitable for first-trimester pregnancy, those with electrical medical implants or pacemakers, or people with epilepsy.
