Gong & Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath + Angelic Reiki

A one-hour sound bath with gongs, crystal singing bowls and other instruments, plus Angelic Reiki healing while participants rest.

Participants lie down with a yoga mat, pillow and blanket and receive sound from gongs, crystal singing bowls, a shamanic drum, Nepalese singing bowls and rain chimes, alongside Angelic Reiki healing during the rest. The session is described as an extended collaboration aimed at deep relaxation, with attendees settling into a comfortable 'nest' before the sounds begin. Organisers note that those in the first trimester of pregnancy, with a pacemaker, or with hearing or balance difficulties should avoid sound healing sessions.
