A hands-on Leiths workshop in fresh pasta dough, shaping, filling and complementary sauces.
Students make pasta dough and practise kneading, rolling, drying and filling, then prepare sauces and discuss pairings. The 10:00–14:30 day combines practical cooking and demonstrations, followed by lunch; refreshments, ingredients and a recipe booklet are included.
