Extend an established Yang tai chi practice through coordinated movement, breathing, concentration and related exercises. Led by Yanyan Yang. Age range: 18+. Level: Advanced. This course is suitable for adults aged 18+. The room is wheelchair accessible. A personal assistant or companion must book a complimentary ticket if attending to provide support. What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and flat shoes.
