Bobbin Landscapes - Community Crafts

Textile artist Jessica Kinnersley leads a three-hour hands-on workshop exploring landscape-inspired textiles worked on a bobbin. Participants learn to translate natural landscapes into textile form using layered textures, colour and stitch, experimenting with materials and techniques to create a finished artwork to take home. The session is pitched at intermediate level, so some prior experience with textiles or stitching is recommended, and attendees are advised to bring reading glasses for the close-up work. It is run by South Pelaw Community Hub with support from PCP Happiness Hub funding.
