A sold-out winemaker dinner at Humble Grape Bow Lane with Tomás Stahringer of Mendoza's Vinyes Ocults, pairing five of his wines plus a Champagne welcome with a five-course menu.
Tomás Stahringer, the winemaker behind Mendoza's Vinyes Ocults, hosts an evening in the Chapel of Bow Lane exploring the full range of his wines. Guests are welcomed with a glass of Philippe Gonet Réserve Brut Champagne, then guided through five Vinyes Ocults wines — a sparkling Nat Charmat, a Viognier, two expressions of Malbec (Cot 2023 and 2022) and a sweet Torrontés 'Dulce Natural' — making six glasses in total. Each is paired with a five-course seasonal, Argentine-inspired menu prepared by the Executive Chef. Tickets include a £40 voucher redeemable on the night towards a case of six wines.
