This two-hour tasting explores the wines of Mendoza, Argentina, focusing on producer Vinyes Ocults. Vinyes Ocults began in a Godoy Cruz garage in 2007 and now works in the Uco Valley in the Andean foothills. The tasting follows the Andes across Mendoza, featuring six wines including a welcome glass of Philippe Gonet Réserve Brut NV Champagne, a sparkling Nat Charmat, a 2024 Viognier, a 2023 Malbec Cot, a 2022 Malbec, and a sweet Torrontés 'Dulce Natural'. The wine team guides guests through the vineyards, terroir, and stories behind each pour, with olives and almonds provided.
