A weekend ceramics course at City Lit exploring experimental clay techniques with oxides, fluxes, combustibles and kiln-fused found objects.
This weekend course gives students the chance to work with different clays combined with oxides, fluxing agents and natural combustible materials. Participants fuse found objects in the kiln, make biscuit slips and investigate the textural possibilities of glazes. It is taught by Tana West at City Lit's Keeley Street site and is rated 4.8 by previous students.
