Improv Theatre Sampler

A two-hour beginner-friendly improv workshop with Robert MacKie exploring the 'Yes, And' mindset through playful group exercises.

This adult workshop introduces the fundamentals of improvisation with no prior experience required. Rather than teaching comedy, it centres on the 'Yes, And' philosophy of acceptance and collaboration, using group-based exercises to build skills such as active listening, emotional agility and presence. The session runs about two hours plus a break and is aimed at anyone seeking confidence, creativity or connection with others.
