Scene Work The Chicago Way - Jonathan Pitts: Workshop

Improviser Jonathan Pitts leads a workshop on Chicago-style two-person improv scene work for those with at least six months' improv experience.

This workshop offers a deep dive into Chicago-style improvisation, focusing on grounded, relationship-based two-person scene work built on listening, patience and shared give-and-take. Participants explore how accumulating shared discoveries makes improvised scenes deeper, fuller and funnier. It is aimed at improvisers with at least six months of prior improv experience or training, and is led by Jonathan Pitts, co-founder of the Chicago Improv Festival.
