November Guided Tour of Copped Hall

A monthly guided tour of the Copped Hall mansion, cellars, stables and gardens, lasting about 2.5 to 3 hours with a refreshment break.

Guided tours at Copped Hall cover the whole of the gardens, including the sites of earlier houses and the Walled Garden, plus the cellars, stables and a large part of the mansion's ground and first floors. Tours last about 2.5 to 3 hours with a halfway break for tea, coffee and home-made cakes, starting from 10am with entry gates closing at 11am. Experienced guides explain the history of the hall, which the Copped Hall Trust has been restoring since 1995 with support from its Friends and volunteers. On-site exhibitions, a second-hand bookshop and plant and produce sales from the Walled Garden are also available; this is the last tour of 2026.
