Autumn Flow and Sound

A music-led yoga flow and guided sound relaxation are offered separately or as a combined session at County Hall Dance Centre.

Sen Yoga presents a 90-minute experience in two parts: Inside Flow from 16:00 to 16:45, guided by Debbie, then Sound Healing from 16:45 to 17:30, guided by Zixuan. Visitors may book either part or both. Some yoga familiarity is helpful for Inside Flow, though no previous experience is required; Sound Healing requires no previous experience. Both guides are identified by first name only, so no artist identities are linked. Email Sen Yoga for directions and access instructions; tickets are non-refundable.
