Pro Dance Class with Richard Chapel

Professional-level contemporary dance class led by Richard Chapel, blending mobilising movement patterns, floorwork, spirals and playful phrases.

Richard Chapel's professional dance class begins with mobilising, stretching and breath-connected improvisational tasks, then builds through looping exercises that connect dancers to the floor and pass weight continuously. Spirals develop momentum, coordination and precision before small phrases combine into a full-bodied final phrase. The class is designed to be energetic and fun while remaining accessible and adaptable to different energy levels and needs.
